Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. The return eligibility and period are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
2. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Damaged product during delivery
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing parts or accessories

1. Electrical products such as Light Bulbs, Dry Iron, Instant Water Heaters, and Straighteners must be unused and not installed to qualify for return.
2. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
3. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• All manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
• Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for return.
• Breakable items like vases must be reported damaged within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
• Minor scratches, packaging damage, or color variations are not considered defects.
• Return requests raised after the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
